The Town of New Carlisle, by its Town Council, will hold a public hearing on a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to obtain assistance from the State of Indiana Drinking Water State Revolving Fund at 6:30 p.m. on April 16, 2024 in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, located at 124 E Michigan Street, New Carlisle, Indiana, 46552. The Town’s engineering consultant will present the recommended projects which will include rehabilitation and expansion of the existing East water treatment plant and water distribution improvements, as described in the PER. The project will be funded through a DWSRF loan. Copies of the required PER are available for public viewing starting April 5, 2024 at the Town Hall. There will be the opportunity for questions and comments from the public at this meeting.
